Go to https://www.twilio.com/
Click “Get a free API Key
Sign up with fake info from https://www.fakenamegenerator.com/ (You will need to use a GMAIL email)
Choose “Java”
For your language For mobile verification, use TextNow or similar apps or sites
At your project menu, choose templates -> phone numbers
Use any name for your project and skip the other steps
Once the project is created, choose “phone numbers”. Select any country and press search.
Once you have found a number, click “buy” (there are no payments, don’t worry!)
Click on Number Setup, and that’s it!
